• Senior backend engineers with experience in multi-tenant SaaS, financial systems, or low-latency event pipelines.
• Computer-vision engineers who've worked on ALPR / LPR / object detection in production.
• Frontend engineers who care about forms, data tables, and mobile-first UX.
• Mobile engineers for the resident app and the on-site guard kiosk.
• Property-management veterans — community managers, accountants, leasing agents — who want to leave the field and build the tool the field actually wanted.
• Implementation engineers for design-partner installs, especially in the US Sun Belt.

How we work

• Remote-first, async by default. We overlap a few hours a day and write everything down.
• Small team, flat hierarchy, opinionated code review.
• Ship boring, durable software. We pick the boring stack on purpose.
